Our Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today recognizing You as The King of Kings, The Lord
of Lords; and Creator of all things great and small. We know that You have
every star in the sky numbered, visible or not; that every hair on our head is
counted and that every sparrow that flies in Your heavens is known to You.
Thank you Lord for everything that You have done in our lives and for
everything that You are going to do.
Now as we stand humbled before You, these are our prayers:
I pray first that You will bring Nita home to her family safe and sound, that if
through some situation, unknown to us, she has become lost or confused,
that You will bring her back to us to be held and comforted and lifted up to
You with Praise and Honor and Glory. This, if it be Your will.
My next prayer is that if for some reason You have taken her to be with You,
that You will somehow let us know. That to us would mean that we have one
more Angel above to watch over and protect us. For we know that we can
never have too much protection in this crazy world.
My next prayer is that if she is lost and confused somewhere that You will
throw Your Hedge of Protection around her and hold her in Your Mighty and
Loving Arms, keeping her safe until such a time as You see fit to show us
where she is.
And my final prayer to You is that if there is someone on the face of Your
earth who knows anything about her disappearance that You will weigh heavy
on their hearts and convict them to the point that they will fall to their knees
and confess to You as well as someone on this earth what is known and how
we can find Nita.
And now Lord as people all over the United States and, in fact, the world lift
this situation up to You, please rain down Your blessings upon each and
everyone of them as well as Your comfort and understanding upon the family.
And Lord, whatever Your answer may be, help us to accept and understand
for we know that Your ways are greater than we can know.
Thank you Lord for hearing our prayers.
